As of this coming Saturday, The server will be transferred to a new location, and updated.
The new box will have 4 cores at 2.3 Ghz and 16 GB of ram, which is over 4 times as much as the current setup, AND finally a nearly 1 Gbps connection.
This should solve a few connection slowdowns we have been having recently.
